This 5 A's Values Based Recruitment toolkit was developed by Kerry Cleary in partnership with Social Care Wales as a clear, practical framework with tips, templates, and resources to support Children's Residential Social Care employers to review and enhance their recruitment processes through a values-based lens.

Kerry has been working for many years with Skills for Care to develop resources and training for the adult social care sector on Values Based Recruitment. Kerry developed the 5 A's model of VBR to support any organisation wanting to develop a values based approach to recruiting the best staff for their organisation.
This online toolkit is free to access, includes videos, templates and other resources that can be applied to any organisation embarking on a Values Based Recruitment Journey.
