Coaching for Values Based Leaders
We offer coaching sessions to any leaders who are leading in values drive organisations or who wish to lead in a way that is more in line with their personal values. Coaching programmes are bespoke based on the needs of the client and can be monthly, bi-monthly or for a defined period of time to achieve a specific goal. Coaching begins with a free 15 minute discovery call to ensure coaching is right for the client and then a minimum of 3 coaching sessions are offered as an initial programme.

Coaching for Head Teachers
Half termly coaching sessions to support Head Teachers to find time to think, reflect and identify strategies to more effectively manage the challenges of modern headship. This coaching programme provides a safe, supportive and compassionate space for Heads to reflect on and process the challenges they face managing and leading schools, and to have time focused on them, their wellbeing and the strategies that will work for them so they can survive and thrive as a modern head.

Coaching for Senior Leadership Teams
Half termly or termly coaching days where each member of the Senior Leadership Team has a coaching session to enable each member of the team to have individual time to reflect on their challenges and successes, and to develop their skills as a leader. This programme complements the Coaching for Headteachers programme.
This Senior Leadership Team Coaching programme can also be run for in organisations.

Coaching for Wellbeing
6 to 8 weekly coaching sessions focussed on giving coachees the space and time they need to focus on and prioritise their own wellbeing. Coachees learn new strategies for developing resilience and mental wellness, having courageous conversations and balancing workload with achieving their personal wellbeing goals. This coaching is particularly beneficial for leaders who do not feel they get quality supervision or have the support from a line manager.

Coaching for Career Development and Career Progression
3 to 6 sessions working with clients who are looking to change career, progress within their chosen career or leave their current organisation. This programme supports clients to identify their passion, interests, skills and values in order to identify the right next step for them. Clients are also supported with finding job opportunities, writing applications, preparing for interviews and starting in a new role.

First 100 days of Leadership Coaching
4 Coaching sessions based on the VBA Consulting first 100 days of leadership coaching model for leaders starting in a new leadership role who want to ensure they have the best possible start by making the right impact within the first 100 days.
Session 1 is before you start in your new role to prepare you to make the right first impression and plan your first month in post. Session 2 is at 30 days, Session 3 is at 60 days and Session 4 is at 100 days.
Coaching packages start at £360 plus vat for 3 sessions plus a discovery call.
