Peer Supervision for school leaders

Peer supervision provides a much needed space and time to think for schools leaders, supported by colleagues who understand what it feels like to be in their shoes.

Holy Family Catholic Primary School

We have been working with the Leadership Team at Holy Family Catholic Primary School since 2016 to support them in developing a values based culture for staff, pupils and parents. Through our work together, the school achieved the Values Based Education (VbE) Quality Mark and became the first school in the North West to achieve this accreditation.
